Concept Maps

Students produced these concept maps in an USEM entitled Habitual Problems: Drugs in Modern American Society with two weeks' notice. The assignment required them to create a graphic represenation of the main points from the central book for the class, John Burnham's Bad Habits. The students were asked to include as many key elements as possible and to demonstrate the relationship between them.

Students produced these concepts maps without preparation, in the midst of a Western Civilization History lecture class, in about ten minutes. The assignment required them to create a graphic representation of the French revolution (1787-1794) that incorporates as many key elements as possible and demonstrates the relationship between those elements.
